I like Death Stranding, but it just feels wrong since we know the relationship between Geoff and Kojima. I mean Geoff is even in the game. However I wouldn't say no thanks to the shitstorm it will create if it wins

I think Mads Mikkelsen and Norman Reedus did a good job, but I would say Troy Baker was the stand out in Death Stranding.

I think it would be a pretty big upset if Smash Bros. Ultimate won GOTY, which I am rooting for.
Its weird to say that, but I think there are some good nominations here overall.
I'm glad FE3H and Astral Chain are getting nominated in a category, but it would've been nice to see them in more than one each.

I honestly thought Fire Emblem would make the GOTY nominee list. Seems pretty evident that either Sekiro, The Outer Worlds, Resident Evil 2 or the Amazon simulator are going to take the award, though. I'm inclined to think it will go to Resi, though.

I'm in the second map (although i haven't finished it), Is he in the first one? I remember seeing one dude who seemed familiar but now that you mention this i think it might have been him (was he wearing a lab coat?).

I didn't come across him in my playthrough. I guess hes in a side quest.

Only game that is worthy is Death Stranding but there are other games. Nobody played the new Star Wars, and Call of Duty games?

FE Three Houses should have been nominated for Game of the Year and best music score (it is phenomenal).... It got snubbed big time.

Luigi's Mansion is also a Game of the Year contender IMO. Haven't played Astral Chain yet, but have heard nothing but greatness.

Just kind of disappointed. Oh well, I will still watch and cheer for my favourites.

Is it just me, or is the list somewhat weaker than other years? Maybe it's just me not being interested in almost all of the mentioned games, though...
