People act as if Googles marketing speech about "high end hardware" is somehow true?
Google can and will not provide a high end hardware for every user, they can not even provide that for 10% of the user.
If many users want to play at the same time they will share server and the game visuals, reaction times etc. will be scaled down to match this lower power available. Thats how server works always.
