Hint 1: A major mechanic in this game is that you can change forms, and each form has different ablities (but if I told you how to change forms, this game would be too easy to guess).

Majoras Mask (because if you explained that changing form works with masks it would be too easy to guess)

32 - You might think you are doing the world good by killing some monsters. You are wrong.
Hint 2: The main character's name is a synonym for walking.
Hint 3: Said monsters are "giants".

#32: The second hint is pretty telling, the third an outright giveaway - it is Shadow of the Colossus.

Yep, was trying to make it easy but it took a while for someone to finally guess it!

This game is such a charming little adventure. An entertaining and moving little story about kids in a small part of the town, where the TV-studio produces a monsters show. So every friday a giant monster attacks and the Earth Defense Force repels the attack. The main protagonist Sohta has moved recently with his parents to this part of town, so he experiences this the first time.

The game was part of the guild series. These guild games were small downloadable titles published by Level-5 in cooperation with kinda prominent japanese game designers. The idea was to give them a bit of room to explore ideas they usually can't follow. The other guild games are good too, but I love Attack of the Friday Monsters!

The gameplay consists mostly of simple puzzles to progress the story. The really great part is, how you can see the world through the kids eyes and how they interpret everything. There is also a minigame with collectible cards. The kids play it to have a ranking, and you can cast spells on other kids that rank below you.

The sole fighting game on my list is 'SoulCalibur'. This is still the best fighting game ever made as far as I'm concerned. The game was years beyond its time. The Dreamcast was a good console, with some great games, of which a few I have featured in this list. These games made it so we would never get a PlayStation 2. The highest selling of all time, a console I've never even seen in real life. There just didn't seem to be a point when Dreamcast could already have games as great and gorgeous as this. This game was at the forefront of the thought, and it was a popular game for a time in my family extended circle of friends. We'd hold competitions and specifically had people over to play with. There haven't been many games that brought people around me together in such a game, but SoulCalibur was one of them.
