Forums - Gaming Discussion - Wal Mart Black Friday Ad Leaked? Fake?

Black Friday is not a holiday. It's called Black Friday for a reason.

This would be nuts if true. Definitely would pick up a slim and a lite.

Those are some big cuts. I think it's fake.

Those deals are too strong. I call fake news.

4 ≈ One

$100 off Switch seems too good to be true.
If anything, Nintendo will most likely create a bundle only.

Don't see Nintendo cutting the Lite already, unless stores bought a bunch, but demand has been more for the OG Switch. All I know is that this Nov there's going to be a lot of PS4s and Switch's sold if these prices are accurate.

True. Though, I don't think a $50 cut to $249 is out of the question. I believe the PS4 could see a cut to $149, since they have been relying on $199 for the past 2 years.

It all depends on what Sony wants to do with the platform. If they make a PS4 Super Slim, and Digital Only Set Top Box, then it could very well happen. If they are just going to let the current PS4 models ride out the market, then I think $149.99 on sale will be the lowest we see, with either $249.99 or $199.99 MSRP after PS5 launches.

To be fair, I can see Sony making ultra slim models of the PS4 with 500tb for 99$ to save costs, though I don't see any use for that kind of digital only console but for piracy fodder.

I'll buy them all and resell the HDD's in that case.

To be honest, I don’t reckon Sony will sell the PS4 at $149. I’m thinking about $179 with 1 or 2 games. And not even the pro for $299, $349 at best.

$199 real switch is out of the picture, but I’m positive we will see a $149-179 switch lite.
