Autumn is my favourite season for a variety of reasons. The weather is not too hot and not too cold, I love the beautiful colours of the tree's leaves, and I love the variety of food that's now ready to be harvested. I enjoy taking a walk through a colorful forest and then returning home to a hot cup of cocoa next to my armchair. I love autumn even since I was akid. We used to collect chestnuts and made little animals with some toothpicks. And we used to build winter domiciles for hedgehogs buy gathering big leave piles.

So anyway, lately our friend Curl-6 made a friend about favourite winter levels, and shameless as I am I decided to steal that idea and ask what your favourite autumn levels are. Please post below.

For me it's gotta be the autumn of Click Clock Wood in Banjo Kazooie. As one of the first 5th gen games I played as a kid, so much of that game is special to me, but that level in particular just had such a magical atmosphere, seeing the world change from season to season from the exuberance of Spring, the lazy heat of Summer, to the melancholy poignance of Autumn and Winter.

Yes, Click Clock Wood is amazing! Every season is beautifully designed. I thought about including it in my post but I knew someone's going to mention that.

I can think of a couple that I really like, the Horn Top Hop level in DKC Freeze is one 

The Golden Grove in Ni No Kuni is fall-themed and its absolutely gorgeous

And then theres the fall season in TLOU and in games like Stardew Valley, Harvest Moon. Theres a fall-themed route in Pokemon White/Black 2 that has a pretty soundtrack. And of course, the Akkala region in BOTW. Absolutely gorgeous as well. 

Let's see how niche I can go, uh...

The autumn region of Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. Is a fairly good looking area for a DS game, has a pleasant atmosphere to it, solid RPG too.

Not necessarily a level per say... But when the season changes in Forza horizon 4 to autumn, the world changes around it. The way driving mechanics change per season too is pretty cool. 

It's also the best looking season, IMO.
