Metroid Prime and RE4 for sure.

The later Virtua Fighters don't look bad.

I got FFXII TZA for Switch, and it honestly doesn't look bad, and it only got an upscaling for PS4 and Switch. Nobody will ever mistake it for 8th gen, that said.
