Not really for me. I've been playing a plethora of multiplat games across both my PC and Switch. The only exclusives I've ever been playing so far at this current time, are hw based exclusives like Planet Coaster (soon to be Planet Zoo as well) and RTS titles, or indie's that aren't yet released on consoles.

Exclusives can be a selling point, but going by that BC compat thread, so is that as well, and BC compat to me is so very important, more so than a few exclusives.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

I find your comment very interesting. I understand it a little, but accept it. Personally, I see it differently.
Next month comes Death Stranding (kreativ) and Shenmue 3, early 2020 The Last of Us 2(Meisterwerk), Persona 5 Royal (bestes jrpg ever, vielleicht), Ni-Oh 2, Yakuza Collection and more. How can you do without it? Thats insane, in my opinion. Is your taste so different? Do not you miss games to remember in 20 years? Unfortunately, Microsoft has no talent. The Xboxone is the weakest Xbox console for me, the last years was boring. And so many good games will not appear on it ... especially in the next few months. For mir are Exclusives and and complete west / japan-games support important, but its good for you - if you has no problem with xb1 :)

Yeah, I get that you like listing said "exclusives" each time you make a comment, but I could just call in Pem and have him do the same, but that's besides the point here.

I can do without those games like I've done without MS, PS and Ninty games beforehand for years. My tastes are drastically different than yours, is one such example.

I've been playing games for a very long time, and I remember what I play, so I can't say I've missed much in my life, that I don't already have.

MS has talent, just not the type you're interested in, as made evident by your Japanese focused listing. I honestly don't think MS would ever appeal to you though.

I think some are being dramatic about the current state of affairs for Xbox.

As we saw from the Sega Genesis a long time ago, you don't need to be the number one selling global console, and you don't need to sell huge numbers in Japan to be a viable contender.

What you need is a compelling enough installed global user base to ensure third party developers can't afford to completely write you off.
