My guess is 1 to 2 million. This one is very hard to predict and I hope it sells more.
I don't imagine it will sell more than 750k in it's first month. Again, hope I'm being overly pessimistic.

May as well ask Nintendo for The Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 2 & 3 on ps4
At least one million LTD should be realistic since this wil be pushed as a first party IP. I already got one copy down

1m-1.5m my guess. I don't think this game will have a mass appeal but it will be fine even with just 1m+ sales.
I'm kinda mad at Nintendo that they didn't do a direct for this game close to it's release. I get that we already have a lot of information about it, and there has been a lot of "viral" marketing (tweets, previews, etc.). But it's just so disappointing, as someone who's really looking forward to it, that it didn't get it's own direct to try and promote the game. That would be the wisest thing, especially considering it's a new IP.
It did get an overview trailer like a month ago, but the overview trailer was really oddly released and not marketed much. Plus, it only released on the Japanese and Europe Nintendo channels, but not on the North American one. Why? Why not just make a direct?
...oh well...
I'll say, between 1.25 - 1.75 million. I think the higher end of that is pretty great. Wish this would perform 2m+ though, we really need an exclusive Nintendo IP that fills the action niche (Bayonetta sort of counts, but isn't a Nintendo IP).
First Month: 500k
Lifetime: about 2m (more or less as Xenoblade 2)
It comes on a month that's not on top for the videogames. But in the following months it could go quite good and touch 2m of copies sold.
