I'm android all the way and I hate all the added crap that other phone makers put on their phones so i've always gone with Google branded phones. Currently have pixel 3a.  Still don't use my phone for much more than calls.  I don't like mobile gaming.

If your Pixel ever breaks, I'd suggest you a phone with AndroidOne like any modern Nokia, as you'll get the clean Android like on a Pixel phone, but without having to shell out something north of $500 just for phone calls.

i hate smartphones. worst purchase decision i made a few years ago was to get one. the cost for data is ridiculous. as for which phone i have: a white 256 gb iphone xs max. i had to buy a phone which could sort of force me since data is so much to use it but i still barely use it. i also just hate smartphones from a trch ical aspect. they take (at least in iphone case) poorer quality photos than $200 cameras from 5 years ago...at least the video makes up for it, but i just hate smartphones and how the affect culture and american life. some people do real work on their phone. that’s okay but ill stick with my 12.9 ipad which is superior in every way.

"I hate smartphones" -> buys the second most expensive smartphone (only topped by the 512 GB iPhone XS Max) -> complains about "ridiculous pricing" of the data plan (which probably includes the hardware costs)
