This is where something called "COMMON SENSE" should come into play, especially in a court of law.
I support gay marriage, gay adoption, and even a trans' person decision to be called a certain pronoun - though I consider it, at its root, to be ego masturbation in its worst form -, but this sort of thing...it's just gross. I cannot even begin to understand how something like this wouldn't qualify as sexual harassment on the part of the trans person.
A business owner is NOT a slave working a plantation. Within reason and common sense - sorely lacking in this particular story - they should be allowed to select their clientele. Equality needs to go both ways, not only towards the "protected" group. If your personal life choice offends me, or makes me uncomfortable, then I do not want to have you as a client in my establishment.

Funny enough, I think that stuff like this is what will force the LGBTQ movement to start losing ground and public support.

It's not doing damage to the LBGTQ community because this person is a member or claims to be a member of this group to start 16 lawsuits, it is an issue for the community as a whole because this person is waving the LBGTQ flag as a weapon in their predatory attacks on business's where he feels that he can use it to create controversy like this, this person isn't interested in the rights of LBGTQ people in the slightest, he is just taking the rights which are being put in place and then championing them in extreme cases to the point where he knows there will be issues, such as going into under age girls only swimming pools to be naked near little girls with his big unwaxed dong waving around.

The reason it does damage to the community is because he is claiming to be an activist for them but really he is an activist for himself and like I said, he's just waving their flag to see what possible worst case scenarios he can come up with to abuse those rights which LGBTQ people have fought for and won, this is the equivilent of someone playing out those what if scenarios that people always claim when there is a vote to bring in something like Same Sex marriage, this person is the guy who has gone out and gotten a cat to marry a dog to just see if it would wind people up, but far more dangerous is that he is attacking business's and small kids while waving that flag as his protection and right to do so.

He is the vocal worst case scenario that people will point too when LGBTQ rights are raised for debate, because no one wants to be forced into trying to perform a vasectomy on a vagina or give this guys penis a cervical smear test to avoid a lawsuit.

Somewhat related, but seeing articles every so often, such as one about a transgender person winning multiple gold medals and qualifying for the olympics in weight lifting in Australia. The person used to be part of the mens weight lifting team, but identified as a woman four years ago.

Seeing some about high school runners, cyclists, ect. Lots of women upset and saying it is unfair and they shouldn't be allowed.

Texas had an issue over two years running now because that state forces people to compete as their birth cert says, so when a girl took a ton of male hormones to make a transition to look like a guy she was pushed into fighting other girls still in wrestling... which she of course won due in part to the massive hormone therapy as it controls muscular growth.
