not surprising( it released the same time as the Comic-con and marvel announcing the Phase 4 slate as well as the avengers passing avatar hype surely played a role) I was tempted to get it also but I heard about some framerate issues etc I think I will wait for some QoL patches before I buy this. Also this is a First Party game why are people calling it third party?

I haven’t seen much frame rates issues during my playthrough and even when there’re, it’s usually when you spam the Extreme Attack which can be resumed to 5 secs of watching the action without doing anything.

I would say that the main thing they should improve is the loading time, especially between menus or for the Infinity challenges.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

I love the Ultimate Alliance franchise!! I wished there was a bundle or special edition Switch made to commemorate the occasion though.

I played the original Ultimate Alliance on OG (XBox) - 720p, and pre-achievements. Unlocked all characters naturally, including Silver Surfer.
Then played Ultimate Alliance 2 on (XB360) - sided with Cap, as anti-registration. Gonna revisit this [sp] title again soon this holiday.
Currently, replaying Ultimate Alliance [1] on (XB360) - Gold/Special Edition with achievements, with my family. With the baddies included, Magneto, Venom, Sabretooth, and Dr. Doom.

Ultimate Alliance 3 is my ideal type of game. :)

Only now Fire Emblem: 3 Houses passed it on Amazon. Let that sink in for a while: MUA3 managed to hold off an awaited 1st party Nintendo game until just before it's launch.

Neat. Might actually by a Switch now. Remember playing the X-Men games ages ago and this seems like good fun.

Might as well wait for the mid to late August revision of the current model which includes a better battery life.  I was almost on the verge of getting Switch soon too till I saw that news.

I was thinking about this game just after E3. I initially thought that the Square-Enix Avengers game would capitalize on the Endgame hype, but now I'm thinking Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 does the job better. MUA3 has a huge roster including most of the Endgame characters, and the timing of release is perfect to capitalize on all of the Endgame hype.

Nintendo was smart to plan the game to be released at this time, smart or maybe lucky. Either way it's the right game at the right time.

Interested in holiday sales of this game. Can Nintendo keep the momentum?
