Would you rather Bioware remain with EA for a lot of platforms, or be bought by a console maker and fixed, but on only one system

What would be worse

Bioware staying with E.A,... 7 17.95%

Bioware returning to form... 9 23.08%

Bioware returning to form... 18 46.15%

Bioware returning to form... 5 12.82%

I would be down for Bioware returning to their original home on Xbox. Alot of their early games like KOTOR, Jade Empire, and Mass Effect 1 released only on PC and Xbox. If MS could buy them and get proper a sequel to Jade Empire made now, and then in 2023 when EA's Star Wars deal expires, MS could put in a bid for KOTOR 3 to be made by Bioware (KOTOR 1) and Obsidian (KOTOR 2) working in conjunction, that would be a dream come true.

With Sony, great.

Anybody else, I'd rather they stay with EA.

Bet Shiken that COD would outsell Battlefield in 2018. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8749702

I'm surprised no one would want Bioware games to only be on Nintendo. (I voted for them there). I mean imagine, playing Mass Effect (Centauri) in your bed.

It would be just like Bayonetta!

The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?

I would vote for MS they need a new IP the size of Gears for next gen. Although even if Bioware is bought I fear it just isn't capable of making games like Me triology anymore without seriously investing into the studio. That money is better spend on improving their new inhouse studio's.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

This is complicated. I'd rather they be independent than the options you gave. Then I'd rather be able to play their games on a Nintendo device as my second choice, but I'm also ok with them being available on PC, and only Microsoft can provide the option to play on both console and PC, and with Microsoft there is always the chance of game pass coming to Nintendo, so I guess they are the logical choice. Again though, is rather they become independent again.

If Disney makes Kotor 1 and 2 straight up Canon, which they could, I agree. It is so far in the past that they easily could. However, if they want it to be Canon but be retold to fit in well, then I would also be supportive of remake of Kotor 1&2 story in a new game that fits into everything well.

bioware is long dead to me so I don't really care.

Really I'm ok with options 2, 3 and 4, just so Bioware can get away from EA.

Some days I just blow up.

Bioware is a zombie. Still going, but it's looking for a place to die. Muzyka and Zeschuk were the brains of the outfit, and they don't even work in games anymore. It's like watching Origin Systems all over again.

I'd actually sell Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Jade Empire off to Nintendo. They seem to have a knack for reviving zombie franchises as vanity/prestige projects, with generally good results.

Join Microsoft Game Studios.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.
