I'm pretty sure the game comes out today. It may even be out right now. I'm just waking up. Why can't I find any reviews?

I have every system and I'm leaning towards the Switch version but I need to know how it stacks up. This isn't an official review thread or anything. I just want some info. 

It comes out Jun 21, 2019, which it tomorrow.

I recall seeing somewhere "Be one of the first to play it on June 20" but that may have been some pre-order bonus. Still weird for no reviews one day before launch. It's not like it's God of War or something. It's a Kart racer!

I was wondering the same thing. Funny thing is I think gow actually had reviews a week or 2 in advance.

It depends on how confident you are in review scores.

If you think the review scores will wow, and garner attention and possibly positively effect sales, you announce it in advance.

If you dont have confidence, you go day & date, or possibly only after launch.

That said I think Crash Team Racing will score well.

That video with the "31 stages" to showcase the game and its graphics looked pretty great, its up there wil Mario Kart 8, in terms of artyle and graphics imo.

It also has online modes, so I think that reviewers take some time to play through these before posting the review.

For me, the game is already an absolute "must buy". In my mind, it's the best Kart racer of all time. I just need to know which version to buy! Leaning towards the Switch version but if the downgrades are too much, I will have to go with something else. Probably the one with the best performance (Xbox One X or PS4 Pro)

It just unlocked in Europe and got two races in, wanted to see how the shop looked to unlock stuff first, it is basically like fortnite with deals that you can only get for a few hours. But the good thing is that you can earn wumba coins if you just play a single race(was a bit worried you can only earn them in adventure/challenges or online) Going to do a cup and then of to bed and have a CTR blast tomorow :). #TeamCoco

I've played a few races now. Great so far, but the item distribution is awful, I've been getting some of the best items while in 2nd or 3rd place.
