Yes, but we assume USG is not lying about the game being on a single cartridge

It's not that i think they're lying, I just think they might be making an assumption or misinterpretation as they don't provide a source and I can't find any corroborating quote from CDPR or Saber despite them openly answering many other questions about the game like its resolution.
