XCloud or Stadia?

Forums - Gaming Discussion - XCloud or Stadia?

As a serious gamer, do you expect XCloud or Stadia to be more to your liking??

XCloud 18 46.15%

Stadia 2 5.13%

I still play text games over dial up 19 48.72%

Total:39

xCloud easily. It'll have much better exclusives since MS already has a built up 1st party, while Google is still working on building one under Jade Raymond. Also, MS said they were working on getting the internet speed requirement lower than Stadia, which means less data usage, good for me since I have a 1 TB data cap on Comcast.

Cool bro, but there a public that play on mobile devices, have good internet, and don't give a shit about PC or console.

Plus a lot of people that like PC gaming but can't afford building it, but have a good internet can also be potential users of cloud platforms alongside mobile users i mentioned above.

you know that you have to pay for the games right?

What's the problem? If either a mobile player or a low spec PC player already has his internet set, the only thing he needs to do is to purchase a game and stream it on his low spec PC/mobile device. Still cheaper than building a gaming PC + buying a game.

As a serious gamer, I don't make myself dependent on an internet connection, plus I will continue to value actual game ownership.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

Dont care about cloud gaming. If MS start to talk about cloud gaming, that would be the time that I would take to go to the bathroom, walkout my dog, etc.

I'd like to keep using real hardware. But...

XCloud is more my thing. A least they'll have their own games I can't get anywhere else. That makes a difference!

Yeah the only one I see working is PSNow, so that all the way, lol

After the using my console as a data center thing I'm goign with Xcloud.
