Fuck streaming

Cool bro, but there a public that play on mobile devices, have good internet, and don't give a shit about PC or console.

Plus a lot of people that like PC gaming but can't afford building it, but have a good internet can also be potential users of cloud platforms alongside mobile users i mentioned above.

you know that you have to pay for the games right?

People think it's tough being an Xbox fan on VGChartz, if anyone becomes a Stadia fan on here good luck. The hatred of cloud gaming is strong here, but regardless it's going to be successful. Stadia will have had at least 10m users by the end of 2020, and all these services are going to grow as time goes on. You can hate it all you want, but it's coming.

After 15 years Digital has almost overtaken Physical (Or already has by a long way including PC), and in another 15 years Cloud Gaming will do the same.

Paying $60 for a game, without the need to spend $500 on a new console or $700+ on building a new pc is getting fucked in the ass? I guess I do enjoy a good buggering then. Considering I just bought a gpu a few months ago I probably won't be partaking in the glorious cloud soon, but there are many benefits to cloud gaming just as there are many disadvantages.

Luckily for you other options will be available for a very long time to come.

It never ceases to amaze me how much humans are resistant to change. I know streaming isn't for everyone, just as many people prefer going to the store and buying a disc, versus buying a game digitally. But, the fact that digital games, streaming services, and whatever comes next exist is not reason to say that the future of gaming looks bad. It's just change. If it's not positive change, it won't succeed. If it does succeed, that'll mean it has fulfilled a need or want of a good number of gamers. Where's the harm in that? In no case does it necessarily mean the elimination of traditional gaming. If it does bring an end to it, that just means it is so much better that the demand for traditional stuff dried up.

Alright maybe I was little overactive.  Yes there are still options.  I bought a 1060 6gb ram gpu 3 or 4 years ago for 300 I believe.  Yes hardware costs a lot but I'm type of person that likes to buy shit and be done with it for 4 to 5 years least.  I can see this service helping people that don't like to invest in hardware.  Yet since my point of view is so entreched like many others I just laugh at this shit.  Who knows maybe in 10 years I'll be a changed man.  I doubt it because now so many subscription services out that make your bank account bleed.  We are now entering death by subscription service when people used to bitch about cable bills now subscription servicea are all broken up you are basically paying the same.  Luckily you aren't forced to subscribe and only thing I do at moment is Netflix.  I am starting to question that even though they shit out enough content because they are borrowing billions but most of that content is shit.

I'm not sure if I can agree Cloud Gaming will replace digital within the next 15 years, but I pretty much agree with you.

A lot of people take this topic very emotionally, but I believe Stadia / XCloud are going to open new markets rather than cannibalizing the existing ones, and will bring an interesting and more accessible option for people to get into gaming.

What's the problem? If either a mobile player or a low spec PC player already has his internet set, the only thing he needs to do is to purchase a game and stream it on his low spec PC/mobile device. Still cheaper than building a gaming PC + buying a game.

As a serious gamer, I don't make myself dependent on an internet connection, plus I will continue to value actual game ownership.

Cool.  Ill put you down as a vote for XCloud.
