Make a clean break. No friendship, nothing. That's the only way to move on, otherwise you will at least subconsciously keep hoping for something more and you can't get over it. It's no good hovering around her anymore.

It depends on "how much" you like her. Try the friendship thing, if it's just crush...anything more is difficult. I can tell you, that there is no lonelier feeling than sitting next to the person you love, knowing she will never feel the same. Been there a few times.

Nothing good will come out of the situation. Move on. Plenty of other options for friendship or romance.

1. Don't date work friends.
2. If you want to move on, then you have to ignore her more. Maybe slowly have less contact with her. If she asks you to hang out in a week or two just say you have plans with a different girl. At work of course keep things professional, but don't be bitter or jaded. Just act like you are having the time of your life.
3. Speaking of a different girl, find a different girl!

Actually had a similar thing happen to me recently. It is not quite the same but similar. I liked this coworker girl and wanted to hang out with her, eventually she invited me into her apartment and I thought things were going at a great pace but she ended up friend zoning me. The difference being is that I don't actively work with her everyday, so it was easy to move on, but I still think "why did she invite me into her apartment...?"

I've dated a girl at every job I've worked at and every time I left because something went sour. You'll always love who you love but maybe it's for the best. Be the best friend you can be.

Ask her why shes not attracted to you and what you could do to make her like you. Japanese women dont find fat men attractive

Have you tried getting her drunk?

Reading the comments, some have said "Keep your distance". That may actually work to your benefit. She might realize that your a good guy once you're missing from her life. Still not a good idea to chase after someone you work with but if you want to get the girl, sometimes you need to give her some space. Don't act too desperate.
