On one hand, with Sony not presenting this is the perfect time to go all out with a new console. On the other hand, they're putting themselves in prime position to get one-upped later. I'm sure we all remember 2013.

Apparently an easter egg for RGB (255, 36, 0), which is the colour “Scarlett” in promo pics Xbox sent out.

That looks extremely off.
A clockrate of 1.4Ghz is pretty low considering the process in use.

Vega 20 can boost to 1.8Ghz... And that wasn't designed for 7nm from the outset.

28GB would necessitate an extremely wide 448bit memory bus... Lots of PCB layers and traces.

CPU is more likely to be a single CCX, thus 8-cores is the most I would expect, not 12.

1GB of L4 cache would be bonkers and pretty pointless and a waste of transistors.
