Same type of rhetoric we get every new hardware release. I'm waiting for the "you can see emotions on their faces!" and the rubber ducks in a bathtub techdemo BS.

!!!

Why are you showing me something completely unrelated?

Lol, you understand that things like this is only hype speech right? Will things look good on PS5? Yes. Did we already expect this because it is the most logical evolution of a successor over a predecessor? Yes, I did anyway.

Your first sentence was a "LOL", don't try to twist things, and it had nothing to do with the title of the Thread : from you : "Obviously, would be strange if a new generation would have worse graphics wouldn’t it."

please move on.

I lolled at you being so defensive, what is the twist. Also, that post had everything to with the thread, so yes, please move on.

Really ?  But, really ?

Devs are simply amazed by the PS5, calling it a true beast.  They are not amazed because it does not have worse graphics... please...

Did you really expect ps5 to be much more powerful than the ps4? Wii, wii u and switch werent much more powerful than their predecessor

What?  I'm agreeing with you.  You were ranting about shills going crazy over tech demos, right?  Or did I misunderstand the direction you were coming from?

Why do you keep bringing Nintendo into this still? People have already responded.

Different philosophies.

Sony has been all about power battle with Microsoft since PS3, so it is common sense it be a big leap. Otherwise people will just continue to by the PS4 Pro.

I guess so. It kind of echoes some previous instances. In case of Sony we have a whole conference of that:

It's a very entertaining video.

Great news...is this news?

I am excited about the PS5 and want to see what it can do, but this is just the same song and dance we see every gen.

"PS3 is a super computer"
"X1 has cloud powa"
"Switch will be a portable PS4"

In all cases, these claims were blown out of proportion for the sake of hype. This means nothing until I see games to show off what this power is, rather than claims from a dev that doesn't really push boundaries to begin with.

I think OP focused on the wrong point of the interview

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Or tried to stir shit
