Looking forward to this expansion as I recently got back into the game (Start of April), although I've still got a TON of content to do before this comes out anyway, I'm only just finishing up ARR with a few quests left on 2.55 lol :P

It's funny too, since I've been thinking of making a Machinist as another DPS class :o

Edit; Also just thought I'd say, as a Monk... that looks pretty cool!

I've played a bit of the game during each expansion, but I've never been an end-game content guy. Not that it's not the sort of guy that I am, but moreso that by the time I reach level cap, I'm burnt out and ready to play something else.

During 1.0 I got level 20 or so.
During 2.0 I managed to hit 50 fairly early on with both Arcanist and Marauder, and by extension, Summoner, Warrior, and Scholar. At the start of Heavensward is when I started playing again, but I wanted to finish all 2.0 dungeons and raids first, and so I did (except for everything beyond the first couple of coils of Bahamut).
During 3.0 I maxed out all the 2.0 monster factions (can't remember the proper name).
During 4.0 I played on two separate occasions, but I'm still not level cap. I'm actually much closer to the level cap of 3.0 than I should be given how far along the MSQ I've progressed. Actually my Fisher class *is* at 70, but I suppose that doesn't count. And haven't even started Stormblood content yet.

Overall, love this game.

Oh... beast tribes...

I'm not so happy about the changes in tank mechanics. But we will see how it will turn out when it's there :)

The Machinist is dead, or WoW is dead?.

I mean WoW is dead. FFXIV is picking up a lot of WoW refugees. lol

I started playing this game a couple of weeks ago (bought the Complete edition) and I'm amazed on how stable, connection wise, the game is.

I'm playing as a White Mage (lvl.21), and I'm still at the beginning area. It will be at least a year before I reach the Shadowbringers story.

Is it?.

From what I've been watching over on WoW's side, it looks like the expac's already getting more content, that'd make it chock full of more content, enough to make it into another expac. I don't expect WoW to suddenly die or eventually even die to FFXIV. The MMO has outlived so many other MMO's for years, I don't expect a Japanese one to suddenly claim the throne.

Also I've been unsubbed from both for months now. Been playing ESO here and there. probably going to pick up it's expac within the next month (if time allows me for it).

Once you get to Lv. 30 it starts to pick up, that's when you advance in your job from a Conjurer to an actual White Mage too
