For me, every time I posted to Miiverse, I knew that I was posting directly to fellow WiiU (or 3DS) owners.  And it was very easy to tell which people commenting back were playing the same games I was playing.  When it comes to Facebook, the majority of my Facebook friends couldn't care less about gaming (too busy with work, marriage, kids, or all of the above).  So, I'm 100x less likely to post at all now.

In Spain we call this a sea bream conversation. You are talking about your Facebook experience while I mention my Twitter one, both social networks are not the same. You can be anonymous in Twitter while Facebook you need to be yourself. In Twitter you can follow Nintendo minded people and they can follow you back, it's just that all your post are open to the whole internet.

Either way, my point was that a browser is able to open all these online services without the need of waiting for individual apps, and that Nintendo did this already with the WiiU (even made a thread on this in the past). A browser is what the Switch needs

I still have the problem to know which Twitter and Facebook people are the ones I befriended on my Switch.

It states Twitter friends quite clearly, you can even see their profile, haven't got a clue about Facebook.

Go to your Friend List, pick a user, scroll down their Play Activity and you should see afterwards How You Became Friends: be it Twitter, Facebook, Nintendo Account (mobile), 3DS, WiiU or by exchanging friend codes. After that it should state when you became friends.

I'll try and do an appreciation thread in the next couple of days. Hope it doesn't become a wasteland though :(

Oh, it will! But it'll be a great OFFICIAL CHIBI ROBO thread when the sequel gets announced at E3.

EVERYTHING crossed for that!

DON'T WIN ME CHIBI BUDDY DON'T WIN ME.

ANIMAL CROSSING NEW LEAF FRIEND CODE:- 5129 1175 1029. MESSAGE ME.
ANDY MURRAY:- GRAND SLAM WINNER!

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!

I absolutely adore my Switch, but goddamn are the analog sticks on the Joy-Cons horrible.

I'm fine with them being small, but the drifting issue is just inexcusable given their price point.

The drift pushed me to abandon my joy-cons for my pro controller.  I really want to buy a news set, a new color, a new style, but I'm not going to do it until I've heard that the problem is fixed.

Battery, browser, smaller bezel, and, of course, the ability to communicate with friends and other users easily (really, it needs to be just as easy as it is on XB and PS, at least for adult users).

I forgot I started watching this the other day and never finished it. Thankfully I still had the window open on my PC.

As I'm a current owner, for the most part, hardware changes don't interest me much - though I do eventually plan on owning a second system.

Customizable home pages (to include backgrounds/themes, sure), better Eshop organization/presentation, and Bluetooth headset support. That's what I want most.
