It's Mario Kart 8. I've never played a Kart racer quite as smooth as 8. It's also pretty darn gorgeous.

Yeah that's my bad, once again I wish VGC allowed poll options to be added without resetting all votes, but currently it doesn't.

While I have to go with the crowd on this one and say MK8, Sonic Transformed and Crash Team Racing are very close behind for me.

Mario Kart 8 is the best I've played, by a mile.

I'd say the worst is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It didn't improve on the WiiU game substantially, but it seemingly did make the launch of Mario Kart 9 slide waaay off into the future.

It's not best but I think it was Street Racer PS1 that I played a lot back in day. Was trying to find out what the kart racing game was called and I think this is the one I played.

Best I would give to MK8

Me too, though I still haven't played MK8, so I'd say my favorite is MK7
