There is no need in this forum to treat us like this with petty comments or insults. I only wish people woule believe me at last when i say that i have no bias or agenda against Nintendo. It's always my most sincere opinion when i post or predict. 

But yes, i will talk with anybody here every time, i have no problems, and i expect to discuss things again in the future with you.

Np. Hopefully none of us will have hard feelings after this. I look forward to future, civil discussions with you! As for this thread i should take my leave, as i'm dragging it off topic.

HOWEVER... On topic, personally i preferred my time with the N64, retroactively but i can also see why people also prefer the Wii. I loved both consoles and have fond memories of both. However, my single and multiplayer memories of Wii sports, Warioware, Smash, Mario kart Wii etc. don't quite compare to my memories of single and multiplayer Goldeneye, Mario kart 64, Rush 2, Mario tennis, Mario golf, Mario party, Smash etc.

With all this discussion of fads and such I never actually got to weigh in on the thread topic.

I love, love the N64. Games like Banjo Kazooie, Ocarina of Time, Starfox 64, and F-Zero X comprise some of the fondest memories of my formative years as a gamer.

That said, I have to give this one to the Wii as while the N64 has some real gems, the Wii simply has more of them; Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, Metroid Prime 3, Xenoblade Chronicles, Zelda Twilight Princess & Skyward Sword, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Monster Hunter Tri, Sin & Punishment 2, Rayman Origins, The Last Story...

Yes, I have Pandora's Tower as well. Good game, but I thought Xenoblade and Last Story were better.

Yes, I have Pandora's Tower as well. Good game, but I thought Xenoblade and Last Story were better.

XC and TLS focus more on story and characters mix with gameplay, while PT focus a lot more on action gameplay mix with light story and multi-endings

The wii had the lowest quality libary of any popular platform of all time, all helmed by a handful some of the best Nintendo first party games. The N64 had fewer games, but a vastly and more solid lineup of first and third party games. The Switch is already ahead of the Wii in terms of quality games and its only been around two years.

Eh, not JRPG for sure, outside Paper Mario 64, no JRPG on N64 was that good. Also, Wii had Fire Emblem and Metroid Prime 3, N64 had none. Not to mention, Super Smash Bros Brawl can't be worse than Super Smash Bros 64. Monster Hunter 3 Tri, Xenoblade, The Last Story and Pandora's Tower are definitely high quality ones which will be very tough for N64 to match
