Someone summerize the end with as few words as possible... for people who never watched the show and never will.

You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain

Or you either die as a smart man, or live long enough to see yourself become a complete moron.

Or you either die with you character development intact, or live long enough to see your character growth completely destroyed.

So you agree with me.

Dany became a villain, as did the writers of the show to a large percentage of their viewing audience.

Well That was fantastic. It'll be an episode I skip on a rematch however and I wish they had used the last 15 minute segment for partial battle, maybe a surprise skirmish and still have the last epic shot of the army as you think they'd have scouts out on the perimeter and they could have used that Interwoven I to the episode to build tension but still, for what it was that was one of the better episodes and as a reader of the books I shed a tear when Theon pledged himself. People who are aching for the action to begin will be sore of course but I understand what they are doing now more than I did last week and I'm not a bit disapointed, this is going to be phenomenal.

This comment did not age well and I disavow this man.

Honestly, this was the last episode I had any excitment left. They should have just ended it there jist like season 7, although weak set up so much potential this episode did so top and it squandered it in episode 3...and 4 and so on. Such a shame.

Was about Episode 2 right? That was indeed the best episode of season 8. 4 was terrible, it ruined pretty much everything, even moreso than 3 and 5.

Right, it's time to find a new fantasy series of books until George gets his ass in gear and the wheel of time aint doing it for me. It's too early to read GoT again, got to a few chapters i to A clash of kings and it 's still making mr angry because half the shit I'm read eventually turns out to mean nothing or go anywhere and all thread that aee badly handled.

Anyone gots a series that has mature themes, doesn't need to be a saga but a trilogy of books would be ideal. Preferably old enough for a conclusion o fthe horizon but if new at least a soft cover release. Audible would do if it has a talented VA or multiple VA.

not sure if they have put all the books in English, but it is very good.

Also if you want you can read mine in Portuguese.

Boy meets girl. Girl goes Trump-style crazy. Boy kills girl, gets sent to Alaska for punishment. Also lots of other storylines that go nowhere, all seasons, all the time.

Best first four seasons of any show ever made, excellent 5th and 6th season still better than most shows.  Rushed 7th and 8th season devastating 23 years of devoted reddit book fan theories.

Months later, videos about how the show ended are still trending on youtube worldwide. The video is too long, but the part that starts at 46:00 onward is well-thought out.
