Forums - Sports Discussion - 2019 NBA Postseason: The Toronto Raptors are NBA Champions!

We still got a quarter left and Draymond Green already has a triple double. He's the main reason the Warriors have stayed in the game and are in the driver's seat right now

Wow. Unreal. The Warriors played good but they didn't explode for 35+ points or something insane. Portland just needed to play competent, competitive basketball and put up something respectable, like 24, and they would still be up. But 13? They deserve the L after that. And after two chokes in a row - assuming they lose - they deserve the sweep

Golden State adding to their lead while Draymond and Steph are on the bench: Very bad sign for the Trail Blazers

Really disappointed in the Blazers. Playing a terrible series

How many freethrows you need? Still can't get in the game

Should I bring out the brooms?

Welp, break out the brooms boys. With two chokes in a row and this embarrassment of a second half, this series is completely over.

In fact, can we just move on to the finals? Do we really need to watch these Raptors and Blazers embarrass themselves for three more games?

Agreed. Complete waste of everyone's time.

Now Andre Iguodala joins the "injured list" of the Warriors.
Steve Kerr just said on the podium that it's a sore lower leg.
Brian Windhorst is reporting a sore Achilles that has been bothering Iggy for a while.
If you guys recall, he had to go to the locker room in the 1st quarter. He came back, but eventually went back out midway through the 3rd and he was done after that. He only played 18 minutes.
At this point, just sit him out for Game 4. Not like it matters any more whether or not he plays

Well I saw this one coming hence I said the Nuggets would have been a better match up. The Nuggets would have won at least two games
