I once went to MD's and I ordered a medium choc milkshake. They gave me vanilla. I asked them to replace it.
They took so long to replace it and when I asked again, the guy said: I'm sorry, we forgot.
Then they gave me large choc milkshake, instead of a medium.
It was a very hot day and that made my day.
