Why people say it's accidentally? It could also be teased. Not that Nintendo never teased something in a previous video and then officially announced it.

They just believe it to be so, but there's other people who knows how a big corporation like Nintendo wouldn't let that slide "accidently".

Let's call it, the "silent announcement".

I barely ever tried it in Brawl, but it's probably something I'd use if I owned the game.

Btw, does anyone actually play like this with the controller held up to their face?

I tend to rest my arms and the controller on my lap, not by my face.

Never seen someone actually playing like this. But they do this to show the product. It's difficult to get a close up like this, when the hands are on the lap.

This is the marketing that killed the Wii U.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

Only when people get told that their hands aren't in the shot.

I've seen people hold their controllers in many strange ways. A friend of mine turns the controller as if it were a steering wheel when playing Mario Kart.

I'm curious how common this particular playstyle is. Resting your elbows on your knees.
There have been some gameplay related things I thought were near non-existential, and then I see a lot of surprising comments, so I thought I'd ask.

Traditional box stages are overrated. This is where it's really at:

It's called Spike Land, and it was our jam over here back in Smash 4. Used to play it in 4 stocks, 6 minutes (I even made a 6 minute song to accompany it, with mods of course), usually in either doubles or free-for-alls. The catch was that whenever you died to a spike, you had to lose one extra stock. It was cool, and the only thing sadly missing from Ultimate this far.
