I actually would not say this, but in principle that's the attitude I take to stiff neck fools.

The question would be why you believe they are the same movie with different color.  Is it that the hero always wins.  

A hero with a tragic backstory taking down a villain and saving their city or the world.

I mean is there one where the hero actually loses?(not counting the latest Avengers since its a two parter)

Maybe one where there is no villain?

Except hunting, all entertainment is for kids.

Seriously, I'd agree that super hero films is a bit for children, but adults can enjoy things that are for kids. There's nothing wrong about that, unless you act in your life like a kid. That's another problem though. In this current generation, we've got many that never grow up.

Actually there are a few where the ending you would not call a win.  Batman Begins I believe with the Joker.  In other words, there are a few where there are casualties and losses but a Superhero movie usually will have the hero winning because then they wouldn't be a hero.  If the Hero losses all the time then he would be considered a loser.

A superhero movie can only be as good as the actual villain. The villian on the other hand doesn't have to be cookie cutter and can be complex depending on development.  That also goes for the Hero as well.  There are some really good complex stories within the Hero genre, not all of them have come to the movie screen because most super hero movies are made to make people feel good.  Look for more complexities when you look at the Hero TV shows where things can be fleshed out better.

I wouldnt let my children watch deadpool.

Here's something to consider for not just this particular topic, but for this general statement of "for kids" or other similarly weak phrase.

The person saying it is simply too ignorant to say something better.

As a professional accountant - I can provide you a strong supportable critique of why your spending habits are bad, your bookkeeping methods are bad, or your financial planning is bad.
I can't say from a position of strength whether you have a well constructed gazebo, I can only contribute superficial commentary of its aesthetic, and its ability to block the sun.

Likewise - most people can't or aren't cross genre experts of entertainment. It would take someone who is both simultaneously an avid baseball fan, and a film connoisseur, to be able to provide you an adequate statement of why baseball or film is the more worthy form of entertainment and vice versa.
Most people lack the self awareness to acknowledge their commentary on a particular topic isn't good or useful...and so we end up with reductive arguments like "for kids".

Don't know if that's true for all superhero movies, but the last one I watched (Deadpool) seemed very much aimed at children. The plot was written by a 12 year old and the jokes by an 8 year old kid.

As I've gotten older, I've noticed less and less of this sort of thing. During young adulthood, people are more prone to being offended by being called a child. A lot of people are insecure at this age as their peers are beginning to find work, move out of their parents house, find a companion, etcetera, and most people want to fit in and be a part of that process.

As one gets older, this desire to be more "adult-like" goes away, as without question, you are an adult, and therefore have nothing to prove. Also, as time goes by people tend to become more comfortable with themselves and may no longer be insecure about the way they are perceived by others.
