It looks like the rumours from a couple months back are being proven true. Could we see this announced in a direct?

I was very weary about this thread given what day it is today. But it looks like the real deal! Looking forward to it! I really hope there's a Switch version!

So April 25th? Allright, a bit later than I expected, but ok. Let's see what they are actually brewing there.

Exciting times

Expecting the first version to be released on (an)other platform(s) like they did with Catherine Classic, but I rather be wrong and see more exciting new content.

Why named it differently if S and R will most likely be the same game. Just call it persona 5 R 'what ever R stand for' for both the switch and ps4 versions.

Well, nothing to be sure yet, just assumes. If the next P5 game indeed come to ps4/Switch, wonder how much censor both ver will get.

Well, Persona 5 Royal gets informatin drop on April 24th, right? This all says not Switch, but there could be a hint: we know Joker for Smash will drop in April, although not on which date. If Nintendo announces a direct for April 24th, then please get hyped. If Nintendo announce direct for say the 20th, then be disappointed.

It would be my first Persona game (aside from Q on 3DS). Do you think I would like Persona 5? (for reference: I loved Tokyo Mirage Sessions, really liked Persona Q, and liked Shin Megami Tensei 4 Apocalypse) - Thanks in advance to anyone who responds :)
