Dafuq? Is a bad joke really all you have to say for yourself?

You should have known that your conversation with Eric was always going to head in this direction.

"Jay Z on Harry Styles: I can make him the biggest artist in the world in a year"

"Rapper says the One Direction star needs help to ‘make the transition from being part of a group to becoming an individual artist’"

https://www.theguardian.com/music/2016/jan/04/jay-z-harry-styles-biggest-artist-in-the-world-one-direction

"Harry Styles's Solo Career Could Be Huge Under Jay Z's Wing, but at What Cost?"

"He's not a Direction man, he's a Direction, man."

Quick election update:
-Kentucky Governor has flipped from R to D! This is a pretty big deal because there will likely be an executive order restoring voting rights to many previously convicted individuals which could further shift the voter demographics of the state. Further, this will provide someone to veto all of the ridiculous abortion laws that Kentucky has been putting forward of late. Very good news which is made extra sweet by the fact that Trump was in Kentucky yesterday on behalf of the Republican candidate, saying if the Republican lost, it would look real bad for Trump.

-Virginia looks like it will have a Democratic State Senate and a Democratic State House (although these races are ongoing). A preliminary count shows 2 Democrats beating Republican incumbents in the State Senate and 4 Democrats beating Republican Incumbents in the State House compared to zero the other way (several races did not have an incumbent, and these races were not counted towards this tally).

Further info on the other races will continue to come in throughout the night.

EDIT: One more thing. New York has voted in favor of implementing a Ranked Choice voting system which would begin utilization in 2021. Interesting change which I am very much in favor of. Wish it was happening sooner.

So after a few sworn testimony, is there any doubt about the President quid pro quo or do anyone have any good arguments against it. Just wondering if the narrative will move to another stage or are people still trying to argue this point.

The opposition never had an argument against the actual facts to begin with.  They put all their focus on fighting the process.  Then the House provides the very process they opposition demanded.  But expect a new goal post from them soon.

And you guys claim you don't need a separate head of state from your government!

You should have your own version of the English Monarchal restoration of 1660. Tea will be introduced to the US along with tons of debauchery, poetic genius, a great plague, and your capital will burn to the ground before much of your nobility contracts and dies from syphilis!

Do you not long for a parliamentary Monarchal system?:

Our system was great until Congress started abdicating power to the president decades ago.

That said, a hard reset has certainly sounded more and more like a good idea with each passing year.

Interesting and compelling take...

ABC had the story 3 years ago and never aired it, allowing Epstein to continue his wrongdoings. ABC says it didn't air it because the story didn't have enough evidence behind it apparently. They had no problem airing and giving their opinion on the Kav hearings or Russia probe though, so...

https://thehill.com/homenews/media/469465-cbs-fires-employee-tied-to-leak-of-abc-epstein-hot-mic-video-report

ABC apparently thinks they know who leaked the footage, who now works at CBS, and apparently they've been fired.

And all he suffers is having to pay a fine? That's a slap on the wrist for all the sexual assault, theft, white supremacy enabling, inciting violence, child abuse and genocide he's committed.

This is why the wealthy are not to be trusted. They're good for nothing parasites who never worked a day in their lives.

Genocide!?

He basically committed genocide when he pulled out of Syria, letting Islamic State and Turks go all in on their war crimes against Kurds, and of course his continued caging of non-white children at the US/Mexican boarder, several of whom have died because of the inhumane conditions he's kept them in.

Here's something for you CaptainExplosion:

It's been in the tabloids lately that Turkey's Erdogan has some dirt on Jared Kushner that may implicate Trump in the conspiracy for the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. It certainly lines up with the events reported on by general news sources in that Kushner has repeatedly tried to accuse Khashoggi as a terrorist. The suggested dirt is a recorded phone conversation between Kushner and the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.

Granted, tabloids are often not correct in their news, they are also often to first to break the majority of scandals to the press.

What if Erdogan used that information to persuade Trump to pull troops from Syria to allow the attacks on his (Erdogan's) enemies to occur?

I really hope to God you don't honestly believe this about every single wealthy person there is.

You do realize how most (key word most) people get wealthy right? The business owners and investors that worked their asses off for 12-15 hour days 7 days a week? Yea those ones. The way that most wealthy people I see in my life in the business world can be described. The ones that never hang out with their kids because they are too busy working all the time. The ones that have shitty marriages cause they care more about their job and money than their significant others.

I'm not saying wealthy people are fantastic people (but I also would never put an all encompassing explanation about every single one of them and their characteristics)...but that they all never worked a day in their lives? That is a brand flipping new one for me to hear.

Wow.

Have you ever even seen how little of a life Elon Musk has? The guy works like 100+ hours a week. You think Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, etc got to where they are with absolutely zero work? That really is a certain kind of special comment.

Just to make clear YET AGAIN, cause I already know how you are going to respond. I'm not inferring they shouldn't pay more taxes, that they can't be pieces of shit (who isn't), that they are selfish about their money, and a million other things. But that not one of them worked a day in their lives? Laugh. Out. Loud.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

Very dangerous thinking again captain,an extremist look on things does not help us.If someone with that thinking is ever able to have power over someone wealthy that is also a good person then sad things may happen.

Do you personally know a lot of wealthy people or you just think everything negative about them in media involves them all ?

Edit:Also it is the same kind of logic/thinking racists use, look from a distance and spew hate without really knowing about it.
