I was literally teaching the other guys how to do their job. I'm not an idiot, I realize the bolded, I don't need the obvious stated. We literally had the same job title and everything. I wasn't one of the best but I was frequently getting praise from my superiors, which made sense because I had a lot of experience and knew what was expected of me. So I was understandably frustrated when I found out.

The "job/wage thing" is extremely significant and to just downplay that is really irresponsible of you and tells a lot. Your comment really wasn't needed.

Did you try asking upper management why you were paid less?

Yeah, I did. It got pretty ugly due to management being quite shit, I'm not gonna go into detail of what happened because frankly I don't want to but I did end up quitting.

Democrats did create the KKK and had openly racist presidents like Woodrow Wilson, FDR and Lyndon B Johnson. Not to say there aren't racists in the Republican party or any party for that matter.

One thing is for sure, Democrat cities have hurt black people a lot more than the KKK recently. So many gun-related deaths, destroyed families, and blacks living in poverty. It is a disgrace.

Actually that's not for sure. The whole political establishment save for a few people have hurt people of color and poor whites due to special interests. To say it's just Democrats is grossly disingenuous and far removed from reality. Democrats have a lot of issues sure but in my view they are the lesser of two evils and are actively trying solutions to the problems people face.

Yes, I have heard this talking points from Republicans a lot but what you do not hear is any solution from them.  Not only do you not hear any solutions but you get the same BS over again while they ignore the community totally.  What are the programs instituted by Republicans to help people in Poverty move up from those conditions.  Is there better schooling, family assistance, help with creating businesses you name it.  There is nothing from the Republican side beside playing the blame game and the only thing you are doing is sprouting the same garbage believing the problem is Dems or GOP.  Its way more complex then that.  Maybe if we can get more diversity in the Republican party we may see something happen but I am sure Republicans love to continue voting for the same old white dudes they have for years.
