Kudos to Sony. First allowing Flower and Journey to PC, and now all the Quantic Dream games. More people with access to those games is always a good thing.

Now, big hitter like GOW and Spiderman will never be on PC for sure, but I say we can except smaller titles like Gravity Rush some time in the future.

Today's announcements (this and Cuphead on Switch), means we are taking baby steps closer to platform agnostic gaming.

Yes we are. Absolutely.

No. Blame Kojima. It was his choice that MGS4 remain a exclusive. Konami could just do it, but I doubt they will.

I doubt a developer has the final say on that over a publisher , if he did do that , I can understand why they let him go lol

Now that they barely develop anything worthwhile anymore, I don't think it is something impossible. They are remaking and re-releasing everything they have, and MGS4 being originally an exclusive is a rather attractive prospect for a re-release.

I can see it happening in a few years

Kojima thinking he is above his bosses is exactly the reason he was let go. Kojima was asked in a interview would MGS4 ever come to Xbox and he said no.

Heavy Rain on PC. Cuphead on Switch. What the hell is going on here?!

cats and dogs dancing and having babies, fish eating bears.... flowers releasing CO2.

War has changed.....

Confirmed for 1 year exclusivity to Epic as well which means like all the other Epic exclusives - it will come to Steam a year after EGS release

Damn, this means that bloodborne on pc rumor has some legitimacy

It's already on pc. PS Now.

Great time to be a PC gamer

Flower is on both EGS and steam

Journey is on EGS and also will be coming to the steam store next year based on the database

More and more Japanese games specifically Japanese exclusives coming to the west on PC too

It's a great time to be a gamer full stop. PC, PS4 and Switch all part of a new golden age.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

Non streaming wise I mean

I know, was just being technical!

This makes sense from Sony. Take a nice pay check to launch games that have made most of their money and make it more on the Epic Store. Than a year later further cash from STEAM. They should do this with other games like Bloodborne and Ratchet.

I think its the first step. You will be able to play the games thru PS NOW which will feature all Sony exclusive first party games soon ( IF they want to compete with Stadia or Xbox).

It's really diffcult to know what Sony is doing becouse after last E3 the whole Playstation is in silence mode.   We can only assume that launching PS Now in more countries and getting PSNOW to Mac is a sign of things to come.  After silence there is always a storm. Anyway  I can't  wait to see the history making in front our eyes.

DETROIT AS WELL?

Heavy Rain and Beyond I can see because they're older games, but damn that one is still less than a year old. Seems like Sony might be putting more games on PC just like Microsoft is starting to.

It'd be nice if they sold them on multiple storefronts, rather than the anti-competitive, anti-consumer one.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Is this move also profitable to Sony too? I don't understand.

Mother fuckers, they snatched Obsidian's The Outer Worlds as well for 1 year (it'll be on MS Store as well, but 1 year delay for Steam).
Not surprising really, Obsidian is part of MS now, so it suits MS not to release on Steam, but nevertheless...
