No it's not, Digital foundry said not include TV lag, and controller lag, Internet speed , Internet Provider , games and Internet stability. 

So there you goes your Xbox One X latency and input lag . just look at this 

 .

Plus the youtube compression on the graphic is massive no. Even on 4k it's look like 1080p , no it's even worse.

Yeah, Digital Foundry was apparently given exclusive access to test the latest build of Stadia, and having watched the full video, it seems like they were pretty impressed with it. I was in the Project Stream beta personally, and I was quite impressed by it, the latency was comparable to playing AC Odyssey on my PS4 Pro (a tad slower), the image quality was lower than playing the game on Pro due to compression artifacts but it didn't look bad at all to me. Overall I found the image quality acceptable, and that was a 1080p stream, the final Stadia release will have 4k streaming support which should greatly reduce compression artifacts just like 4k does on Youtube videos. 

Cannot stand compression, instant turn off. I'll wait till the full release.

Clould gaming platforms will, little by little, improve as internet speeds increase around the world over the years and eventualy will become as banal as listening musics on spotify today.

 

try to see where it might go in 15-20 years from now, i bet it will overcome physical platforms in user numbers.
