Winners: Castro, DeBlasio, Inslee, and Delaney.
Solid Showing: Warren, Booker, and Amy.
Losers: Beto, Gabbard, and Ryan.

Gabbard rarely got to speak at all, but when she got to speak it seemed solid to me.

And Delaney always was way overtime - yet still is one of the losers in my opinion because it lacked substance. So, for me, it looks like:

Winners: Castro, DeBlasio, and Booker.
Solid Showing: Inslee, Warren, Gabbard, and Amy.
Losers: Beto, Delaney, and Ryan.

Although, the big winner of the day is without any doubt Castro, and the big loser Beto

DeBlasio had a good showing but talked less.

Beto was a disaster--hopefully he loses support and drops out soon. I really like Gabbard, despite the very limited amount of time she had. Also I ended up liking de Blasio more than I thought I would.

Can't wait to see Yang tomorrow--here's to hoping he gets at least seven minutes of talking.

With that many candidates, I'm glad to see the talk disparity was only 5 - 10.9 minutes.  I've seen previous debates (especially those with Ron Paul) where the lead candidates would get 20+ minutes and others wouldn't even get 2 minutes.

Damn Gabbard got a big bump from her engagement with Ryan.

I wonder who those 3% who say Beto won the night are. Did they watch the thing at all?

1. They were in Miami.

2. A lot of Democrats speak Spanish.

3. He was answering the question.  Well, Booker and Castro were.  Beto was...he probably shouldn't do that again.

4. Can't wait to heat Buttigieg tomorrow with his 7 languages.

Tbh the Spanish was not needed. Their were subtitles if you watched it on Telemundo and Beto/Bookers spanish was horrible,

A lot of Americans in general speak Spanish (around 58 million), especially in Florida. However, it wasn't really needed.

Also, great job on this thread. It has been very informative. I might not be a democrat, but you've done an excellent job on this thread. :)
