Jumpin you're wrong on the whole bernie or bust is why hillary lost. This has been debunked so many times. Simple, simple fact. There were more Hillary voters that voted for John Mccain than there were Bernie supporters that voted for Trump. Hillary lost cause she ran a the worst campaign I've ever seen in my life and she lost by not going to the rustbelt. Most Bernie supporters sucked it up and voted for her, more than her own supporters did in 08 so stop spreading that baseless lie.

It hasn't been debunked. This isn't about "most Bernie supporters" or a bunch of republican-state racists in 2008. it's the Bernie or Bust group that heavily campaigned against Hillary Clinton. There was no "Hillary or Bust" campaign against voting for the Democrats when Obama ran. Through 2016, social media was bombarded, worldwide, by this Bernie or Bust campaign against the Democratic Party: youtube, Twitter, facebook, all of it - filled with conspiracy theories. It worked in the favour of Donald Trump and the Republican party and led them to win the election. Hillary Clinton actually won the vote by 3 million, and it was a matter of the Swing States where the Bernie or Bust people did, in fact, impact the result of the US 2016 election. Without the Bernie or Bust campaign, the Democratic Party would have won the election in 2016.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

It has been debunked, and there was a similar movement out of the hillary camp vs Obama which is why when the primary ended more of her supporters jumped to MCcain. On top of that you're acting as though the party is entitled to the peoples votes. No, you have to earn the vote. She didn't convince them. Wining the popular vote when you win the states with the most population by that much, wooow, so amazing. She didn't campaign in the rustbelt. 2x Obama voters turned away from her and went for trump. The issue was never Bernie or bust, that was hillary and her followers playing the blame game. Do you want to know what won trump those states? Going against the TPP. Most of the had lost their jobs to outsourcing and trade deals and Hillary up to a few months before the election was a big supporter and was pushing it. She changed closer to the end but Trump was railing against Nafta and he was railing against the tpp and he pointed to bill and to hillary with that and made the case that he wouldn't do that so they took a chance on him. Maybe if you followed journalist on the ground like Jordan Chariton you would know this very common piece of knowledge, but maybe you do know but still want to blame Bernie supporters who once again, let me repeat it for you. WE DO NOT OWE ANYONE OUR VOTE. THEIR JOBS ARE TO EARN OUR VOTES. So from the start you're wrong, stop voter shaming and maybe look at the issues the people cared about instead of making up excuses for queen hillary.

The actual data suggests a different thing. While the fact that Clinton-supporters did not vote for Obama wasn't as heavily featured by the media as the Bernie-or-Bust, the reality is that they actually were a stronger force. Or to put it differently: Clinton-supporters are less likely to vote Democratic than Bernie-supporters.

I don't believe the Bernie-or-Bust crowd was significant in determining the outcome of the 2016 elections, but honestly, if you're a-OK with far-right lunatics taking the presidency because you can't be bothered to settle for something less than ideal, you're political thrash and your crap decisions are part of the reason why there are children in cages right now. Bertolt Brecht said it best on his quote about the worst illiterate and the consequences of political ignorance.

*sigh*

Anyway, to our weekly friendly polls now. Quinnipiac has the following numbers:

Warren 28%
Biden 21%
Sanders 15%
Buttigieg 10%
Harris 5%
Klobuchar 3%

And no one else above 1%. Some slighly Bootymentum but nothing too far out there compared to the previous week.

Where does the ~11m for Warren come from?

Warren transferred initially 10 million from a former senate campaign.

I think it is somehow sad, that the talking point of right-wing about alleged russian influence on the candidates that coincidentally are opposed to oneself has now become something in the democratic party. Shows how much right-wingers are now present at the core of the democratic party. And, not to forget, never ever present any proof, evidence or whatever. Just claim the connection. Nobody needs any evidence, we are in the age of Trump.

Don't need to be influenced by Russia to be an asset for Russia.  Don't need to be any way involved with Russia to be an asset to them.

Hillary Clinton could be considered a Russian asset by her dividing the party.

Remember when it comes it to election day, that any vote for a third party benefits Russia.  We need someone in office who will push against Russian or foreign influences.

CNN saw that different and had as examples of asset military equipment or spy:

Look, it is clear what Clinton meant by that comment and everyone is understanding it that way. The defence asset means something way more harmless is like Trump-fans who defends his words by saying that if you interpret his words this and that it isn't that bad.
