I have took forever to move from the first couple of chapters. Like it took me 20 small sessions.

But because I really liked Shadow of the Colossus I decided to give a real shoot for The Last Guardian. And even though the sections 3 and 4 were still a little boring the game started to become more interesting and satisfactory.

There isn't much of a story, and the gameplay is simplistic (without several faults and "bugs"). So it is unworthy to watch gameplay on Youtube.

Still, the set pieces, the touching moments, the relationship and pace all make for a very endeavouring experience.

Now it's time to give Ico a fair shot as well, I tried in the past but couldn't play for more than 30 min.

Its a great game but should have come out somewhere between 2010-2012 as it looks pretty washed out graphically when compared to current gen titles.

I agree it isn't as impressive as some other games graphically, but it isn't exactly a push over either. And some of the effects are good.

And the set pieces and sheer size of some areas (visible) is fantastic. And besides the good artwork the cutscenes are gorgeous.

The birddog made this a miserable experience, couldn't stand it. The fact that i pushed through out of pure spite didn't help

Did you pat him on the head each time he did what you wanted? If you don't do that he doesn't learn properly.
