I don't think people who believe in Michael Jackson's innocence are "pedo apologists." If I ever believed he actually did such a thing, I wouldn't be here.

What kind of question is this? The man was arguably the biggest celebrity of all time and this was big news back when I made the thread. None of us can know for sure if the man was guilty or innocent so we had a discussion. You don't like big threads?

The only thing that is disgusting is watching people make excuses for a man who preyed on children. “Oh but he had a rough childhood!” and “he never got to be a kid!” among others. Neither of those excuse the shit he did. Things that any grown man doing it today and there’s be an uproar. But it’s Michael Jackson. It’s no different than a room full of millionaire celebrities giving Roman Polanski a standing ovation. Sick.

If you want to believe he's guilty that's one thing, but calling people "pedophiles apologists" because they choose to believe facts in his favor is definitely odd. The man is dead, so people believing what they will wont change anything. 

Also, you really think people are basing their opinions of him being innocent on simple rhetoric like "he was never allowed to be a kid"? There's plenty of damning evidence against his accusers, accusers family, Tom Sneddon etc; 

If you look at his childhood, it is clear that he was abused, physically, mentally and being part of the entertainment industry likely sexually as well. There is testimony that he was chemically castrated to keep his high voice. With that abuse he became a closet homosexual pedophile, victim and perpetrator cycle.

Propaganda bullshit. He was taught by his vocal coach early on to speak with a high register to maintain his vocal range, and it worked; he kept his voice nearly identical throughout his life up until he died at 50.

We are not talking about a surgical procedure here but some misused pills without medical supervision. I don't know how precisely this affected his libido but we can agree that it furthered his alienation from healthy sexuality.
