A weird thing I read is an attorney is sueing the accusers for the emotional hurt caused to fans. I mean, wtf? Ok, I could understand this if it was proven that they were making it up (which no one has done), but even then it would have to be the person they accused that sued (or in this case the MJ estate as the guy is dead).

Apparently he has form, suing the doctor who gave him the lethal dose of painkillers for the same reason, winning 1 euro.

That doco is full of shit. Watch some of the older ones. Even the FBI investigated him for years and found nothing..

Michael Jackson was weird granted. There is a good reason for it. His dad would woop their asses when they were the Jackson Five. They practice for hours and Michael being the main signer and the youngest never got to experience a childhood like a normal child did.

Neverland was his way of creating a world that he missed out on as a child. He wanted to see other kids happy and enjoy the things he never got to when he was young. Sure it is weird to see an adult hanging with kids, but if you missed a childhood and been abused by your father clearly that would have some sort of mental impact. Hell he was obsessed with Peter Pan (i.e. the boy that never grew up).

I think looking at the evidence, he almost HAS to be guilty to a degree. Now, are some people lying or exaggurating for 15 mins of fame and/or wealth? Who's to say. We can never know for certain. But what we DO know is that Jackson was one extremely strange fellow (not saying I necessarily blame him for being weird, given the insane conditions he grew up in, with the abuse and crazy whirlwind of stress brought by the fame surrounding him, you're almost inevitably going to come out at least a bit messed up in the head). We DO know he's spent lots of time alone sleeping not only in the same room with children alone, but the same BED. We DO know he's had kids dance suggestively on stage at his shows, and there is footage of him holding hands with kids, and professing his "love" for some.. 

Put it this way, if he's in any was innocent of child molestation, he certainly didn't do himself any favors with all the red flags anywhere. 

Bascially, if it looks like a duck, quacks and swims like a duck.... you get the idea. 

Now, that's not to say we should totally just piss on his legacy from an artistic standpoint. I do believe in separating the art from the artist to a certain degree. 

Their testimony on court over 10 years ago would be the proof they where lying at one of the times (now or back them). And either way even if they can't be jailed for perjury, a defense attorney (or prosecutor depending on what type of case may come out of it) can very much destroy their credibility for falsifying testimony. Even if they claim they were paid or anything like that in the past they will be even less thrustworthy. The sole way out for them I can see besides jury just buying up their story for the feelings would be they proving they were threatned.

He was mentally stuck in his childhood,its not that he was unwilling to grow up.

But yes this made himself a big walking red flag even when he did not neccessarily had bad intentions,i guess we will never know the full truth of it but my thoughts go out to the people involved and hope they can put this behind them.

I feel like if those boys were little girls nobody would doubt them.....

I do really believe he is innocent about his case with younger man. he had ton of problem, broken childhood, peterpan syndrome, etc.

I did you the favor of time stamping the most particular and damning pieces of exposition and dis-credibility and picking and choosing which ones you want to view at your own time. But you're better off actually watching the entire thing from beginning to end, seeing as how I might as well have timestamped the whole thing, to have a much better and more solid understanding.

As he stated, FACTS don't give a FUCK about your feelings. 

People who actually do their proper research and look for the legitimate, concrete facts on the issue, instead of believe the claims and stories without a second thought, would call bullshit on those claims and stories no matter what gender they are.

People don't doubt them because they're boys. They doubt them because all logical, factual signs say they're full of shit. They have changed and contradicted their stories multiple times, and NONE of them make any sense when you actually do proper research and investigate the background information behind their claims.

By continuously going after an innocent, dead man, who can no longer defend himself since... he's dead... with similar allegations and accusations that have loooong since been disproven and will continue to be disproven the more they are brought up, all these people are really doing is empowering actual abusers and damaging the claims and cases of actual victims. 

What a load of baloney. I haven't watched the stupid documentary. But just from watching videos and interviews of MJ speaking and caressing these children I can see clear as day what the fuck was going on. People say he had mental issues thats why he did and said what he did, but have you ever thought what sort of mental issues these children who were abused have gone through? Being made to fall in love with their idol who sexually and mentally abused them? You citing these boys defending him or going back on what they have said proves nothing. All you need is 3 inches of forhead to really know what was going on. No rational individual would leave their boys along with this monster in the same room. The fact that fools like you defends him just show how easily people are deceived and why sexual predation of minors is so rampant across the world. Did you know that most cases of sexual molestation of minors comes from close family member or family friends? Have you stopped for a second and tried to think about anything at all?
