Very hyped for this. Not buying at launch but if reviews are good I will when it's on a summer sale.

Day One for me !

I am very excited for a true Survival perspective in an open world. Scavenging for supplies, Motorcycle upkeep, new world economy, enemy hordes....I love it. These previews have me even more hyped.

Some of the complaints were valid but also understandable why they are. Easy Allies complained about hit detection and satisfaction. Games like The Last of Us, Resident Evil 2, or God of War gave you a lot of impact for every blow. None of those other games tho have the ability to have hundreds of enemies on screen at once. I imagine Freaker hitbox is 2-3 shot kill it anywhere becuase you might literally be mowing down dozens of them at a time, and requiring headshots for them would be beyond overwhelming. There are human enemies tho which I imagine are your standard fare of headshot insta kills.

Days Gone and Outward have the potential of finally quenching my Survival needs this year.

Day one! Nice previews

I have just been reading some of the previews. Generally they are quite positive and the more I read the more interested I get. I think there are enough differences between this and TLOU and other zombie games for it to stand out.

This is the game that has stopped me from selling my Pro as I haven’t touched it since the day I got the Spider-Man plat, months ago. I hope it’s good. I’ve read some of the previews, some of it seems gold, some of it bad.

There’s also WWZ coming right before this game IIRC, which was a game I had no idea was coming. It has the same zombie approach this game has with freakishly fast zombies in big hordes. Wonder which one will be better.

Pre ordered the digital deluxe edition.
