There are a few E3's out there that are more memorable than the rest. I think this is going to be one of those. Nintendo will definitely wow people at this year's E3. Microsoft? I don't know what they have planned, but it will be something colossal. It might be colossally great or a colossal mess, but either way it will be memorable and I will be very entertained.

So, yeah! I hyped for this year's E3. Can't wait!

Sadly no hype for E3 this year. Nintendo will have announced everything of value before E3, Sony isn't even showing up and while expect MS to have a great show i don't plan on buying a xbox any time soon.

No Playstation this year so no hype for me.

Of course I am.

Nintendo already gave us most of their good news this year. E3 will just be gameplay videos of Nintendo games that I already know I'm going to buy. Microsoft won't have anything of note for themselves. Sony is skipping this year. Third party games will likely be announced at the MS conference. This means I'll have to sit through twenty minutes of "Our metric is player engagement, not console sales!", "Games as a service is the future!", and the always laughable "Xbox has the best library of games!" Sitting through all that marketing nonsense just to see trailers of good 3rd party games as soon as possible. -_-

If there's any truth in recent MS / Nintendo collaboration rumors e3 is definetly going to be interesting.
There are always 3rd parties in any case.

This E3 could end up being one of the best in history.

Here are the Rumors and Games that have me excited:

1. All Xbox games available on Windows 10

-This could be one of the biggest announcements in the history of the industry. If Microsoft is indeed planning to make all our Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox One titles available to us on Windows 10, that will dramatically swing the value in your $60 in their favor.

I'm already taking advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere with the Microsoft 1st Party Titles, and the Handful of 3rd party titles that support it. Being able to play a single $60 purchase on my PC, XBO X, and Laptop is phenomenal. If they can make that standard across every title, I would be hard pressed to by from any other digital retailer.

2. Game Pass and xCloud on Switch

-If this is true, and I will be able to continue Forza Horizon 4 on a Handheld later this year, that will be one of the best things that has happened in almost a decade.

3. New Nintendo Switch Models

-Huge unknown here, but I am excited to see what they have in store. If they announced a 5G Switch Mini to coincided with Game Pass and xCloud I would be head ofver heels for this E3. That is reaching though.

At any rate, I will be happy with either a Switch Pro or a Switch Mini (Even non 4/5G).

4. Possible Xbox 4 Details

-Although I am firmly in locked into Windows 10 for my Xbox Experiences going forward, I am still very interested in what Microsoft has in store for its next gen consoles. The idea of multiple Sku's aimed at different demographics within the gaming space is very intriguing.

5. xCloud in General

-Simple, I want to see it, I want to try it, and I want to know how many devices they will be supporting.

I have been a PS Now subscriber for for all but a few months after they dropped PS Vita support. The service is good, but it really shined on the 3G PS Vita. If xCloud is comming to Switch, that would be huge news for me.

6. Gears 5

-Gears and Forza Horizon are by far my two favorite series on Xbox. Every one of these titles has felt like it would be right at home alongside Sony's 1st party efforts. I am very excited to see where things go with Gears 5, and Hoping for a technical showcase for later this year.

7. Halo Infinite

-Halo launches on Windows 10. I just caught up on the entire Halo Frachise last year when I bought my Xbox One X. It is not one of my personal favorites, but it is an interesting universe, that I like to stay up with. Infinite is completely rebuilding the frame work from the ground up, delivering the first new tech for Halo in almost 20 years. Very excited to see what they can do with Slipspace.

8. Any Wild Cards from Microsoft's new Studios

-Last on the list right now, what are these new studios working on? We know some are still on projects started before Microsoft, but they have to have some ideas for the future. I hope we get a super small sneak peak at what is being tossed around.

Plenty of stuff in the Air to make this a very good E3 even without Sony. Depending on what we see there, it could make the anticipation for Sony's next announcement even bigger.
