I hope it is The Mysterious Murasame Castle. A rebbot of that series with a Bloodborne/Nioh/Sekiro combat style focus, but more accesible, with anime style/cell shadded graphics and an "linear-yet-open" world ala God of War (2018) would be AWESOME. I can see that formula working very well with the japanese setting and the "find the castles, defeat the villains, save the day" argumental line.

EDIT: I did not see the part where in mentions "is was officially canceled". Then I hope it's Raven Blade or a good Dinosaur Planet (not that crappy Starfox Adventures).

What are the odds of bringing back Lost Kingdoms from the Gamecube, ah well a girl can dream....

Wave Race!

Could officially cancelled games also include ones that were never announced to the public in the first place, therefore we would have no clue?

Starfox Aventures 2 is what I need! Such a great game that hardly anyone appreciates!

Hmm interesting, I am very curious to know what it might be.
Advance Wars would be nice on Switch as well as Golden Sun. Both games are considered Dead.

eternal darkness 2?

Mischief Makers (what? Every other 2D platformer seems to be making a comeback)
