Xenoblade 2? Are you serious? XC is a super niche series until XC2, while Kingdom Heart is a very well known franchise and the mainline game always sell big. KH3 is a system seller, yet it did nothing to help ps4 and drop just like nothing. Comparing a KH mainline game to a XC game is very very laughable logic

Ok...Kingdom Hearts 3 ships 5 million first week, mainline game still selling big (check).  KH3 (and Resident Evil 2) helped move consoles for the past two weeks, game is still a system seller (check).  Nintendo inability to elevate Xenoblade from niche status has nothing to do with the question I asked... I was comparing a RPG dropping -80% being criticized when other RPGs (from megasellers like DQ IX -74%, DQ XI PS4 -79% 3DS -74%, other Kingdom Hearts games BBB -74%, DDD -80%) and the like have similar drops and I can't recall the same criticism.  RPGs have difficult launch week to second week drops, period.

How many weeks that XC2 still remain in the chart? KH3 should do at least the same if not more since it is one of the biggest JRPGs out there

Why exactly? It's pointing out that almost all JRPGs have the same drop FW to second week. It's odd to say that KH2 dropped anything other than what was expected.

KH3 is the biggest JRPG on ps4 this year, it should be able to push ps4 number in at least 4 weeks, only 2 weeks is underwhelming

Someone already provided numbers. ALL JRPGs in Japan get the same drop on the second week. The numbers are still high enough to be number 1 comfortably, it's still selling well.

What is so hard to understand here?

It is also important to note that KH3 did not follow the trend of other JRPG's on PS4 in Japan. That is to say, much lower than others in the series. KH3 did really well.

Comparing SE JRPG's from PS2 to PS4 era.

FFX did 2.26m in its first year. FFXV did about 1-1.1m with digital.

DQVIII did 3.5m. DQXI (PS4) did 1.4m in 4 months.

KH2 did 1.1m+. KH3 (PS4) did 700k without digital so far, and might match KH2.

KH3 being so close to KH2 is simply amazing.

Will it be remained on the chart like XC2 for many weeks?

Does it matter? I really have no clue what you are arguing at this point outside of trying to troll Kingdom Hearts/Playstation fans.

What does hardware boost have to do with anything we've been discussing?

Exactly, who brought XC2 into this conversation here?
