So available in 4 regions? Okay.. but Netflix?

In the thread about Microsoft wanting xCloud to be the Netflix for gaming, your response was: "No surprise here. When a mega corp like MS aim for it, I wont be suprised they will get it."

But in this thread about PS Now (you know the streaming service that has actually launched and is now expanding to include 20 countries in total), your response is: "So available in 4 regions? Okay.. but Netflix?"

I know you like your Xbox but c'mon.

600 titles... Damn. I'd give this a go if I had a ps4 and it was available in Australia.

When it comes to Australia you won't even need a PS4. It already works with any modern Windows device.By the time it hits Australia you will probably be able to try it on even more platforms. That is the beauty of cloud. If you are interested in just 1title, it is not worth it for you or the platform holder, to have the hardware natively in your possesion. With Cloud you can pay them to play the game on the device of your choice. You get to expereince the software, and they get revenue they wouldn't have. It is a win, win business.

Then say while you are subscibed, you give another title a try. Now maybe you sub for another month, maybe you buy a console, maybe you buy the game.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Its not like netflix was available everywhere from the beginning mate...

So what took them so long? There is no literally no reason why expanding to the Scandinavian countries should have been a problem unless Sony themselves were doing something wrong

Do you know how long it took Netflix to expand worldwide? 2007 they aparently started their streaming service, and then it took them 8 years to get to europe... and then again not all the countries were covered.

The high server capacity required for low latency game streaming.

Three new AWS data centres have now been built in Sweden.

Netflix isn't Sony, they had to build a brand first

Cool for a week or two then people complain about the price again lucky you can download games now :p.

Thats just not how it works. Disney does not release their movies at the same time in the whole world. Intel does not release their Hardware at the same time in the world. Cars do not get released at the same time in the world. Games do not get released at the same time in the world. Books do not get released at the same time in the world. Apps do not get released at the same time in the world.

Its the nature of things :P
