Now imagine if the Switch actually had a system seller or two for the first ten months of the year instead of just rolling along in neutral from January to November.

So true.  I have high hopes that Nintendo will release a bigger title than Kirby during the first half of the 2019.  Although the lack of a direct so far is making those high hopes get lower and lower, lol.  Ok Nintendo, where's my direct?

Yikes.

With Spain added, we already know UK, FR, SP and i think Portugal too from Europe. It would be nice if Germany and Italy give their numbers too.

Switch did ~300k in 2017 so that's up about 30% YoY.

UK, France and Spain all up 20-30% YoY.

Oh thanks for that 2017 number. I was searching everywhere but i couldn't find it. So another big market in Europe in the 20-30% growth YOY then.

UK-820k
France-1130k
Spain-390k

We havent gotten Germany numbers yet but it did 600k in 2017 so a 20-30% increase would be ~750k

That's about ~3.1 million for those countries.

If Spain 2017 numbers were 300k and they are 390k in 2018 for VGC:

UK (736k)+FR (911k)  +GE (567k)+SP (300k) in 2017 = 2514k of 3404k in all Europe (890k in the rest)
UK (830k)+FR (1092k)+GE (690k)+SP (390k) in 2018 = 3002k of 4784k in all Europe (1782k in the rest)

According to VGC data for 2017 and 2018 (except Spain ones of course)

So if my maths don't lie...., 100% growth YOY in the rest of Europe in 2018 compared to 2017 according to VGC....(when UK+FR+GE+SP could be around 19% combined).
