Lol, no. I don't even want to imagine how different and horrible the world would be right now if Hitler didn't happen. We just can't risk to change anything that could endanger Japan and anime.

Nope, I wouldn't relocate or kill or do anything. Not changing the past at all under any circumstances.

I think the OP worded the question wrong.

Let's say that Hilter is born and everything in his life that turned him into an eventual mass murderer was forcefully set to happen. There's nothing you can do to stop those chain of events. But the only choice you are given is to kill Hitler the moment he is born, before any of those events can take place.

Then would you kill baby Hitler, or let the inevitable happen?

I'd still not kill him because if reality is like that the more people who don't have to suffer it, the better. He's doibg a service at that rate. 

Still, there is no reality where I could kill a baby, it's so ingrained into my DNA that the mere thought if it makes me want to turn whatever device I'm imagining on my self. The baby could grow up to end every life on this planet in the most horrific and brutal way but there just isn't a way I could disconnect to actually kill that baby. I think we might be hardwired not to kill babies, propbably one of our stronger natural instincts. 

I dunno, if a baby grew up to kill my family and pets, I don't think I'd have a problem killing it while it's still a baby. Dead baby > dead family

Consider some plausible consequences: no Hitler, no WW2, no nuclear weapons (or space travel), weak Germany, no checks to the westward expansion of the U.S.S.R. through Europe, no State of Israel, no checks to the expansion of U.S.S.R. influence through the Middle East, decline of U.S. power following the oil shock. And Stalinist Russia was no friend to its Jewish population so there's a possibility of genocide there as well.
