I've never participated in one of these, and I don't think I've ever looked at the questions in the poll. I'm mostly happy with how things have been run here. Also, if it's not too late, please ad to the poll: Have the mods ever stolen $30 in VGChartz money from you and then laugh at and mock you in mod chat every time you ask to have it back?

Done. The question about biases didn't show any platform preferences for me, just the standard answers from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree". Other than that it was a good survey.

Could you also add PC to the list of bias choices?

I only have one criticism, and I think some mods agree. Please make the polling user ID based. It's no use to have lurkers vote cause at the end of the day it's about knowing where the VGC community/userbase stands. Not some stranger. Better yet, it should be an incentive to join. If you want to vote or participate, join the site.

I answered. The one thing about the survey is that if you didn't want to say mods have strong bias in moderation, it would still force you to choose at least one company.
