Probably pretty close.
Next week we will get official shipments from Nintendo and shipments are typically 2-3 million above sell through so that should give us a rough idea.
As for XBO it's harder to tell since we don't get any numbers from Microsoft but we know it did just under 5 million in US+UK and those 2 regions made up close to 2/3 of 360 global sales and that's about what this site has for XBO.

How are you counting those numbers? by months??, i mean first 19-20 months or something similar for each console?
If it's that way, that means PS4 and XBO will probably be ahead of Switch in a month or two because it will be their holiday season period. This put in perspective how well was doing XBO in USA despite the problems everywhere else.

since PS4/XBO released in Nov and Switch in March it makes a launches aligned comparison not very accurate so the best thing to do is compare full years. Switch is missing Jan/Feb in 2017 but March being its launch month basically cancels that out.

I asked because i saw that, and i think i understood what you said, but i prefer still launch aligned numbers, first 12 months, first 18 months, first 24 months. It's not a perfect comparison for the reasons you said but, this other way is a little weird to me. Switch has less months, and we're not counting launch period of PS4 and XBO which were big for both.
Using VGC numbers, first 24 months for PS4 and XBO show 9'9M for PS4 and 8'8M for XBO, when Switch is already at 10'5M with 22 months. Switch should probably be around 11'5M in its first 24 months. PS4 needs 25 months to reach 11'5M (XBO 10'3M in the same period), being 12'6M with 26 months, 16 jan 2016 (XBO 11'2M in the same period). Switch should probably around the same as PS4 with 26 months (begin of May 2019).
All of those consoles did impressively well in USA whatever you want to count them, first 12 months, first 24 months, first 26 months, 2014-2015 PS4/XBO vs 2017-2018 Switch, ... This shows too, that Microsoft has to do something outside USA, because is the only reason they are not competing against Sony and Nintendo.

There is no right or wrong way to compare. Here is launches aligned after 22 months.
NSW-10.5m
PS4-8.7m
XBO-7.85m
Those might be slightly off, @Shadow1980 would know.
