Since this is turning into another The Last Jedi debate, I'm just gonna drop in and say: It's fuckin' terrible. Didn't see it in the theater, but bought it on Blu-Ray. Yuck. I would have felt better about where my money went if I had made a donation to NAMBLA. I was going to give it to a local library, but do not want to contribute to it's proliferation in any way. Currently deciding if I should microwave it, or throw it directly in the trash.

Be a nice person and give it to someone who likes it, unless you don't know anyone that is. Personally, I know plenty of people who love that trash, so I'm assuming you do as well.

I have but one friend IRL who liked TLJ, and he lives approximately 1200 miles away. I won't be seeing him for another 6-12 months either. So it basically boils down to donating it to the library, microwaving a blu-ray, possibly for the first time in human history, or tossing it.

I love The Last Jedi. I love its tone. I love its message. I love the characters. I really like the ending. Can't wait for the exciting conclusion in Episode IX. I do believe some people's hang ups with the film are political, and I agree it is a bit heavy handed in that department...but crazy times call for crazy measures.

Dark Knight is where i will start. The dark Atmosphare Looks great on the trailer.

The Last Jedi doesn't have a message. One moment it's about making a sacrifice to defeat the enemy, the other it's about not making sacrifices because that's not how you win a war. One moment it's about learning to let go of the past, the other it's about fanservice from 35-year-old movies. One moment it's about breaking the code and saving the animals, the other it's about following orders strictly. None of its plot points make even the slightest sense, every character is either completely devoid of their known personality, or has it stripped away in the most unrewarding way possible.

The movie actively shits on everything Star Wars was pre-Disney and also post-Disney, but more than that, it actively shits on the audience by constantly concluding plot points, major or minor, new or lingering from previous films, in the most unsatisfying way possible. And people like it because it was "bold", hell yeah, that crap I took an hour ago was also bold yet I'm not here selling it as art.

Yeah. And the fight choreography suuuucked. :) Have you ever watched Mauler's critiques on youtube?

The Wolf of Wall Street. My favorite movie.
The Raid 1 and 2. Best action movies ever.
KickAss 1 and 2.

The Human Centipede 1, 2, and 3. You got to see why people talk about these movies.

The Cabin in the Woods. Don't be fooled by the title.

Sicario 1 and 2. Are you a Hideo Kojima fan?

Movies everyone should watch atleast once:

The Shawshank Redemption
Fight Club
Thank you for smokeing
Forrest Gump
The Matrix (the first movie atleast)
Back to the Future
Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Alien (watch the entire series of movies)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
The Truman Show
Amélie
Once Upon a Time in the West

Bandersnatch was a waste of time. I love Black Mirror and all seasons are great (go watch it if you haven't, every episode is like a short movie), yet this experiment at an interactive movie is just tedious. The most exciting choice popping up was exit to credits. Groundhog day gone wrong.
