Compared to other consoles this gen. Fastest selling console of the generation.

Doesn't Sony usually only have those bundles for Black Friday? That's why they always do so well in November. They need to have something to keep the momentum going into December.

Sounds believable if you ask me. All NS has to d in december is like 2M-2.2M and that would be enough to outsell both a PS4 and XB1 that probably wouldnt even break 1M in december. Especially the PS4 if its 10% drop on most months YOY holds through for december.

I think nintendo is creating an image link of its brand with Christmas. Think about what it will be this year with Pokemon Core and maybe a hardware review.
He's probably going to beat the 2018 record.
About ps4, I think sony has reached its 90 million chip deal with amd and this ended up generating the consoles we see today, they never believed they would sell 90 in 5 years, maybe it was the projection for 7 or 8 years and they are at a deadly crossroads of redoing a new contract of 30 or 40 million or already departing for ps5.

The Switch is ONLY SELLING MORE because it's a handheld! ITS NOT FAIR. No one compares the DS to the PSTw - I mean PS3. NO ONE. THEY ARENT COMPETITORS EVEN. SWITCH ISNT EVEN GEN 8 EVEN. ITS GEN 9 EVEN. 

HOW CAN IT BE KILLING IT IF THE PS4 SELLS MORE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MINUTE YOU WONG. JAPAN IS THE ONLY REASON SWITCH LIVES  WITHOUT IT ID BE A WII POO 2. 

Three years in a row now and sony has done the exact same thing. Offer deals in november and very little of anything in december. 

I also dont think a platform thats pushing 90M sold in 5yrs has a "momentum" problem. Looks more like sony are just picking their battles.

I was even expecting NS to win nearly every NPD in 2018 but was surprised to see the PS4 still take around half of them. 2019 should be heavily in the NS favor unless there is a permanent drop to $199 for the PS4 early in the year.

I understand that my title had to be adjusted to immediately mention that it is a rumor...But is this now really better? it doesn't mention at all if we are talking about WW or North America ?

With a big December game pushing holiday sales so much, I wonder if Nintendo will delay or push up a game for next December(Please don't be Animal Crossing).
