Isn't this more mobile trash? At least it would be if it were coming to Switch...

Game looks interesting but too much of a time sink for me with my current backlog.

Looks amazing, i wish they'd announce a release date already! It's been in development for a while now.

Was already hyped on this game from past showings.
This video... the boss battle that starts around 8min into it...... yep that looks good.

Some elements with graphics still look like they could use abit more polishing but, so far this looks pretty promising.

What would be the best way to get into this series(The plot and characters)? Wait until the ps4 game comes out or watch the animation?

If you don't mind playing the mobile game, just following the main story path (and whatever side story & character may seem interesting to you) will probably be your best bet.
But the anime probably covers the most important things, and characters, even if it's a more condensed version of the story, and may not cover some of the non-main characters that will undoubtedly appear in this game. I saw the first few episodes, so I'm not sure how it turns out in the long run.

The mobile game is only available in the Japanese play/app stores, so you'd have to get it from there. But it has a native option for English language, which changes all text, including menus, into English.
You can check a Youtube tutorial on how to change the language in game, because all the menus will start out in Japanese by default.

Thanks! Will do this right after Christmas

Apparently the game director seems keen to bring it to PC (Steam) as well: https://www.pcgamer.com/platinums-ps4-rpg-granblue-fantasy-relink-could-well-end-up-on-pc/

I do like a good action RPG, and GB (from the gameplay clip) looks like it could vie for my attention next year.

Honestly, looks amazing, however I remembered the last time I was hyped for something like this and it did not work out for me (White Knight Chronicles). So here is hoping for the best.
